With a fixed-fee divorce from Hamblin Family Law, you pay a set amount for the legal expertise and services required to obtain your divorce. Our fixed-fee divorce service is available to each of our clients. We also guarantee to offer a fixed fee for your associated financial and children matters as soon as we are in a position to forecast the likely costs involved. This may be up to the date of a particular hearing, or timetabled stage in your case.
Once a fixed fee has been agreed, our solicitors will provide you with all the legal advice you need. This means the clock will not be left running when receiving advice in relation to the particular matter for which the fee has been agreed.
We will prepare and file all necessary documentation for that phase of your case, agreeing all drafts with you and doing everything necessary to ensure the best possible standard of work.
Court fees and other disbursements will need to be paid on top of our fixed fees.
We will communicate with the other party or their solicitor on your behalf. We will also be in frequent communication with you to offer support and guidance, and to ensure you are informed at every stage of the process.
