Where clients prefer the more traditional hourly rate model, our fees will be charged as detailed and will always be fair.

Where appropriate, to reduce the overall cost to our clients, we are happy to engage our trusted network of Divorce Consultants and/or legal Counsel for specific tasks or throughout our instruction, as per your wishes. The level of this external involvement and the associated costs will be agreed with you directly and before they are incurred.

Solicitors/ Consultants with equivalent years qualification

£250-320 +VAT

Partners/Consultants with equivalent years qualification

*Our fees change annually and the costs of our partners, consultants and other advisers will be quoted separately.

No hidden costs

Transparent costings

As part of our mission to change the way costs are approached in the HNW family law world, unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge for any of the following work:

Internal communications and strategy meetings
Arranging meetings or conferences with counsel and other administrative tasks
Waiting on hold for the court or other organisations to deal with questions
Charging per email sent in and out (or received in copy), rather than the time actually spent reading them, nor
Putting together your cost estimate or other cost information for you.

We will also agree to work with our trusted divorce consultant network, where appropriate, to keep your costs down and we will not charge you for our discussions with them.

In our experience, most families will need to have net assets above £2m or an income over £250,000 to find our advice cost-effective. But, we will do all we can to support those who seek our help.
