Divorce Lawyer Georgina Hamblin, who is widely regarded as “one of the best divorce lawyers in the country”, had a dream to create a new family law firm that is as careful with its team as it is with the high-net-worth families it serves, and so Hamblin Family Law came to be.

After ten years as an instrumental figure at one of London’s leading divorce firms and four years leading its London Family Team, Georgina wanted to establish a firm that encourages a more holistic approach towards family law without compromising on quality. Her reported cases are as follows:

Meet Georgina

Georgina has two young boys and lives with her husband in the Tunbridge Wells area in Kent.

She takes great pride in helping other families safeguard their own prosperity and happiness for the future, and is committed to shaping Hamblin Family Law around her own core values of integrity, respect and representing others how she would wish to be represented herself.

Between starting her law firm and taking on cases, Georgina is a cold-water swimmer and avid yoga enthusiast. She also enjoys sailing, long walks in nature, a country pub and plenty of time in the sun!

Before focusing on becoming a lawyer she was also on the British Dressage Team for many years and won a bronze medal at the European Championships.

Transparent costings

We pledge to ensure that our fees are always transparent, fair, and never inflated by our solicitors being unethically motivated to over-record time on your case.

This is how we will ensure cost transparency:

  • We promise to offer fixed fees where clients want them and will work with our trusted network of divorce consultants and barristers, where necessary, to ensure unwavering emotional as well as legal support throughout the life cycle of a fixed fee case.
  • Where clients do not wish to agree to a fixed fee, we will give complete cost transparency and estimates based on our competitive hourly rates and will ensure all invoices are fair and proportionate to the work carried out.
  • Most importantly, our team is not financially motivated by how much time is recorded on your case, but by the results we achieve for you. There will therefore never be a fear of “clocks being unfairly left running.”
